The Sundance Institute specifically offer Indigenous artists 3 ways to work with them. They are currently offering: the Full Circle Fellowship, Merata Mita Fellowship and the Native Filmmakers Lab.

Over the past eighteen months alone they have regranted over $1 million in production and impact grants to creative storytelling projects; feature docs, shorts, web series, animations, podcasts and a docudrama.

This fund takes risks on unknown and seasoned filmmakers alike through a rigorous selection process. This selection process has proven successful time and again, with films and filmmakers breaking through from marginalised positions to taking over the most respected platforms, and winning awards in both cinema and television.
