Dear friends, collaborators & co-creators of regenerative futures,
Reflecting on 2025, we are filled with deep gratitude. Gratitude for the journey, for the communities that walk with us, and for the living Earth that continually teaches, challenges, and inspires us.
Be The Earth is in her 6th cycle around the sun, and as a learning and experimental organisation has continued to deepen its regenerative practices towards a more eco-centric economy. While 2024 focused on governance, structures, and strategy, 2025 revealed the collective fruits of those stronger roots — marked not only by what we achieved with partners, but by how we learned and evolved together.
Together, we saw progress in:
Funding and support for regenerative initiatives stewarded by communities, honouring agency over extraction, reflecting our belief that real transformation grows from trust and mutual accountability.
Strengthfinding, recognising that we don’t have all the answers, but we have the capacity to listen, reflect, and adapt, so that our actions align ever more clearly with our values of reciprocity, joy, truth, and biophilia.
Integrating investments and philanthropy beyond a shared vision, researching pioneering global models and case studies that reflect our belief that systemic change doesn’t happen in isolation.
2025 reminded us that transformation is relational: it happens in connection. Every partnership, shared meal, conversation, and moment of alignment with the land has been part of this unfolding.
We were heartened by feedback from our festival and wider community, and by the growing reach of diverse women through our Aura initiatives.
Regenerative futures are not abstract ideals — they are lived and shaped, step by step, with care. Moving into 2026, our resolve remains: to act not as patrons or owners, but as stewards and allies in a world that needs deep collaboration, presence, and reciprocity.
Thank you for your trust and openness to engage in the inner and outer work, and for walking this path with open hearts and evolving minds.
